I just dropped my beautiful wife and sister off at the airport. They are going to London to be apart of Colour Conference, the best womens conference in the world. A whole bunch of girls are going from Passion Church. Could you picture 5000 women in Royal Albert Hall, (tough place to be a man =)
I really believe in going places where you can grow and get fresh input. I made a commitment to my self years ago to keep putting my self in places and settings where I get challenged and stretched. I believe that that day I stop growing is the day I stop leading.
Colour is fantastic! We actually took up a collection in Church to sponsor girls to go to the conference. I am a believer and promoter of women in leadership! I believe they bring stuff to the table that men don’t. So I can’t wait to see the fruit of the conference in the girls life and in Passion Church.

Tonight is one of my favorite nights, it’s Team Night. I totally believe that a church will never be better or grow bigger than it’s teams. Actually it’s the TEAM work that makes the DREAM work.
Here in Passion Church we have amazing teams, because they are full of amazing people. Over half our church is serving on team!
One guy I have notice lateley is Simon, he helps coordinate and look after the production side of church. I actually don’t know him very well but I’ve been watching him the last few Sundays and I’m very impressed! I’m impressed by people who cares about what they are doing, people who understands that even if they are not on the platform they are as important for the outcome of the service. People who understand that the only way to win is together!
Well it’s going to be a great team night with some exciting news. So don’t miss out!
