We don’t know it all.

I was talking to a pastor and his youth pastor today for a few hours. Such an honour and huge responsibility when people travel here to Stockholm to learn and develop, longing to grow their church. I really take that seriously. I have done that myself so many times and are still doing it. I travel a cross the globe several times a year to spend time with my pastor Brian Houston and in my home church Hillsong Sydney. And every time even though their lives are super busy, Brian always makes me feel valued and importeant, always saying how much he appreciate me coming, even though it’s sooo my privilege.

The pastor today asked me what is most important to me as a pastor leading and building teams, leaders and the church in general. Right away I could answer that question with something I learned from being around pastor Brian. 1: keep the soul of the church healthy. 2: there’s no small or unimportant people. Because church is all about God and people.

Now, just hearing that and learning to repeat that does not makes me grow as a leader or help me build the church with that focus. But Taking those truths and make them mine has made it a core thing in my approach to leadership and in the culture of our church.

So let’s not be full of ourselves thinking we know it all, that goes for us young leader more than ever. But let’s committ ourselves to pay the prize of putting ourselves in situations and around Godly men and women. There’s a heritage waiting to be passed on and to be picked up.

Tomorrow is another great Sunday, let’s make it all about God and His awesome people!

Colour Your World

After three TOTALY AMAZING days in London I am back at home in beautiful
Stockholm again.

I am so greatful for the men in our world who believes in us and want to
spend time, energy and money just to bless us and to make a conference for
us! And take care of the children while we are away..:)

We are all so excited to come back home and be the change in our own ‘back
yard’, in our city!

Marilynn Skinner said a great thing: Some of you think that you have nothing
in your hands, but it is wonderful what God can do with just hands!

So let’s start colouring the world around us! All we need is hands.
